Breakfast was very good everyday. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful! Robert wAs over the top in all categories and made us feel at home! Everything was clean and in great condition. Location was perfect with a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

We liked that the hotel was on the new side. We thought the bed was comfy. We liked the location of the hotel. It was in a good area of Ft. Collins. And we liked how clean our room and hotel was.

it was very nice. rooms where a good size pool was warm hot tub was clean towels where clean.

The location is excellent. Close to restaurants and shopping. When we arrived our room had a smell and we asked to move. We were moved immediately to another room which met all our needs and smelled great. Enjoyed the swimming pool. The hot breakfast had lots of selections and was very good, except the coffee was not that great. The bag breakfasts served over the weekend were just ok, so we decided to eat breakfast at the restaurant next door.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good, especially the Cinnamon Rolls-big hit with my son! Everyone was friendly and helpful.
